    Interestingly, although increased unilateral lumbar DRG CD11b+ CD45+ leukocyte infiltration was observed in the mouse model of traumatic neuropathy in Gdnf CKO mice that develop chronic nociception compared to Gdnf WT mice that do not. The preliminary data demonstrate that chronic nociception develops in adult Tamoxifen-induced Gdnf CKO mice following sciatic nerve . . .
