- how: The experiments with sugar as the carbon source in the bioreactor stage were carried out with (glucose + galactose) mixture in ratio . The overall results showed that mixed sugar of_(glucose + galactose) gave the highest ethanol productivity followed by glucose and galactose respectively by mixed yeasts (C. kefyr- T + S. cerevisiae).
