Production of ethanol from sugars fermentation by yeasts using bioreactor

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: Nawfal from the Division of Biotechnology, Applied Science Department, University of Technology have published the article: Production of Ethanol from Sugars Fermentation By Yeasts Using Bioreactor, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
  • how: The experiments with sugar as the carbon source in the bioreactor stage were carried out with (glucose + galactose) mixture in ratio . The overall results showed that mixed sugar of_(glucose + galactose) gave the highest ethanol productivity followed by glucose and galactose respectively by mixed yeasts (C. kefyr- T + S. cerevisiae).

SUMMARY
