HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In this paper an estimation of the accuracy of XCT evaluation of a complete lattice structure in comparison to a higher-resolution reference device (FVM) is presented. FVM, the instrument used for this study, is able to obtain high-quality 3D surfaces but has the limitation of the range of evaluation; here, an experiment is made using a test object adapted for the measurement by both FVM and XCT, simulating a 4 × 4 × 4 cubic lattice.
