- What: Following two consecutive days of perfusion with E. coli, a statistical analysis was conducted to assess the incidence of postpartum endometritis in the respective mouse groups . The authors successfully constructed a recombinant Lactobacillus johnsonii strain expressing bovine GM-CSF, which was found to significantly reduce inflammation levels induced by E. coli infection postpartum endometritis mice model and demonstrated a significant therapeutic effect on cow endometritis.
