Protective role of polysaccharide from the roots of millettia speciosa champ in mice with ulcerative colitis induced by dextran sulphate sodium

• What: In this research, the mechanism of MSCP in treating ulcerative colitis (UC) was investigated through the dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) model. On day 44, all animals in the experiment were sacrificed, and colonic tissues were collected after measuring their lengths for analysis.
