• what: While the authors show that disruption of KIC5 transcriptionally alters ART stress-response related genes and pathways, the authors hypothesize changes in KIC5 activity at the protein level due to the significant temporal dysregulation in peak mRNA presence from 6 hpi in the NF54 parent clone to 24 hpi in the KIC5 mutant.
