Provenance information for biomedical data and workflows: scoping review

  • What: Methods: This scoping review followed the methodological framework developed by Arksey and O`Malley. The aim of this review was to investigate existing evidence regarding approaches and criteria for provenance tracking and disclosing current knowledge gaps in the biomedical domain.
