SUMMARY

    Although positive effects on knowledge and practices were observed in past programs, behaviour change strategies could be further improved to maximise NSA potential. To address gaps in the knowledge about how these changes evolve in an NSA program, and to propose potential strategies for future programs, this study aimed to gain insights into the processes that influence why and how behaviour change triggers and contributes to improved caring, feeding and food production practices, using a program theory perspective.
