    Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) syndrome is a respiratory sleep disorder characterized by a reduction (hypopnea) in or complete cessation (apnea) of airflow in the upper airways at night, in the presence of breathing effort. It has been proven that the CPAP treatment is directly correlated to an improvement in the quality of life (QoL) of these patients, by restoring the sleep quality and OSA symptoms. Avlonitou et_al, who assessed the quality of life and symptoms of OSA patients after adhering to 6 months CPAP treatment, reported an improvement in the total quality of life . . .
