SUMMARY
Gymnastics refer to basic (e_g, sit-ups, push-ups, and burpees) and complex (e_g, muscle-ups and handstand walking) calisthenic movement patterns and require the trainee to move about or over an obstacle (e_g, pull-up bar, gymnastic rings, boxes, and ropes).
