    The authors measure the affinities of 65,000 interactions involving PDZ domains and their target PDZ-binding motifs (PBM) within a human interactome region particularly relevant for viral infection and cancer. The authors measured with unprecedented coverage and sensitivity ~65,000 PDZ-PBM affinities in a defined region of the human interactome targeted by viral PBMs, including those of oncogenic proteins HPV E6 and HTLV1 Tax1.
