- how: The DIA raw data were analyzed by Spectronaut (Bruderer et_al 2015 version 15.4.210913 Biognosys AG Schlieren Switzerland). Similar results were obtained using the two quantification strategies. This result was inconsistent with the previous metagenomics study that no significant difference of microbial diversity was observed among the three types of Daqu (Wang et_al 2021).
