HIGHLIGHTS
- who: Matthias Egg from the Institute of Philosophy, University of Bern, Laenggassstrasse, Bern, Switzerland have published the Article: Quantum ontology without speculation, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
- what: Against this backdrop, the main aim of this paper is to show that, despite the presence of serious underdetermination, a substantive non-speculative ontology of QM is possible. After all (they will say), the ontological confusion prevalent in QM textbooks was one of the main reasons for developing the different alternative approaches to QM, so turning back to TQM is the very opposite of ontological progress.
