HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In this study the metabolic regulation mechanism of microorganisms in bioreactor was discussed and a series of optimization strategies were proposed based on this. This study provides important theoretical and practical guidance for the improvement of bioreactor performance and the progress of biotechnology industry. The aim of enhanced heat transfer technology is to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the reactor to maintain the temperature conditions required for microbial growth and metabolism.
