  • What: This study demonstrated that OB induced hyperactivity in mice and dep=0.0312-0.0050; results presented in Table S1 in the Supplementary Materials). Due to the documented role of Nrf2 in regulating lipid peroxidation and stimulating global antioxidant activity, this study assessed the levels of peroxidation products (TBARS) and total antioxidant activity (TAC) . From a methodological perspective, the study showed that potential SFN effects should be investigated both in the brain and serum.
