  • What: The aim of this paper is to study the effect of the path of digital enterprise internationalization and the reasons for its success. Zhang Zushu took the case of Bytedance`s merger and acquisition of Musical.ly as the research object, studied its merger motivation and merger risk, and summarized the experience and lessons of cross-border merger and acquisition. This model provides a useful reference for other Chinese Internet enterprises and helps them develop more smoothly in the process of business internationalization.
