- who: Nowreen Arefa from the Department of Microbiology, Rajshahi Medical College, Rajshahi, BangladeshAmong the six test bacteria, two were gram-positive (Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus) and four were gram-negative (Shigella brodie, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas sp, and Proteus sp). The test bacteria were maintained and grown in Nutrient Agar medium (Hi Media, India) and preserved both in agar slant at , u00b0C and, % v/v glycerol at , u00b0C.
