SUMMARY
Although en bloc spondylectomy (EBS) is a recognized treatment for certain spinal tumors including primary malignant bone tumors, aggressive benign tumors, and occasionally solitary metastatic tumors, the surgical complexity and relatively low frequency of tumors eligible, prevent this from being a routine technique.
