Rheological characterization and printability of polylactide (pla)-alumina (al2o3) filaments for fused deposition modeling (fdm)

HIGHLIGHTS

SUMMARY

The obtained values height (z) from the specified size (20 mm) were 0.1 and 0.4 mm, 0 and 0.3 mm and 0 an show that the quality of printing with the ceramic-polymer filament is still very much 0.1 mm for the PLA and 50Al2O3/50PLA printed cubes, respectively. In this work, aa simple ofof production of of ceramic-polymer filfilaments with polylactide-based polymer matrix and high content of ceramic component aments with polylactide-based polymer matrix and high component from to 70 70vol.% vol.%isisconsidered considered printing FDM . . .
