SUMMARY
Timerelated variations of gene_expression mainly show 24 h (circadian) rhythmicity, even if a few hundred genes are featured by the first (12 h) and second (8 h) harmonics of circadian rhythmicity, thereby showing correlation to light-to-dark/warm-to-cold transition phase and stress-response processes and metabolism, respectively (Lloyd and Murray, 2005; Hughes et_al, 2009).
