- what: With 467 cases of vaccinated PFP, the investigation had the power to detect an RIR of 1.5, with an u03b1 risk of 5%, >80%. Despite controversial findings from previous studies, the study provides a strong argument to support that seasonal influenza vaccination is not associated with a significant increase in PFP risk.
