    Negative emotions such as anxiety and 3 of 15 depression among the public during the pandemic had a significant negative impact on sleep; a study from the Netherlands found that people with good sleep quality had anxiety and other negative emotions, and the sleep quality took a turn for the worse after the outbreak of COVID-19.
