- how: To explore how POLR3G regulates stem cell state the authors carried out deep-sequencing analysis of polyA+ and smallRNA transcriptomes present in hPSCs and regulated in POLR3G-dependent manner. For the comparison the authors used existing chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) data by Lister et_al on POU5F1 NANOG SOX2 and KLF4 binding. After several failed experiments . . .
