SUMMARY
Diamond and HMMer were used on the dbCAN and dbCAN_sub databases through the dbCAN2 metaserver, and any gene predicted as a CAZyme by one of these programs was considered a CAZyme in subsequent analyses (Buchfink et_al, 2015; Prakash et_al, 2017; Zhang et_al, 2018).
