SUMMARY

    Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) remain one of the biggest problems in public health and maternal-fetal medicine. Identifying a marker with a good predictive value for the severity of evolution would allow for better management of patients with pre-eclampsia and provide another criterion in decision-making, especially where currently used parameters do not allow for a clear 3 of 10 image of the patient`s status.
