Route to high- superconductivity of via strong bonding of boron-carbon compound at high pressure

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: Prutthipong Tsuppayakorn-aek from the Department Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand Thailand have published the article: Route to high- superconductivity of via strong bonding of boron-carbon compound at high pressure, in the Journal: Scientific Reports Scientific Reports of 28/09/2020
  • how: The results showed that carbon-rich materials is one of important effect for making the high-Tc from the strong bonding between B and C-atom (Supplementary Information S1). The calculation results showed that the phonon stability of BC7 can be observed ~250GPa.
