- What: In this paper a simple design of SPR sensors based on the D-shaped PCFs with the most optimized geometrical parameters is proposed. In continuing, the authors design a similar D-shaped sensor just replacing the plasmonic gold layer with the silver plasmonic layer with a thickness of 44nm.
