    Specifically, the authors aimed to identify how LGBTQ youths and adolescents use social media for connection with other LGBTQ peers and groups, identity development, and_(3) social support and how these affect mental health and well-being. The three themes as developed by the schema were connecting with other LGBTQ youths on social media, LGBTQ identity development using social media, and_(3) social support on social media.
