• what: Even though this research has limitations, the endemicity maps presented in this manuscript will be of great use to the Ministry of Health in strategic planning. The aim of this paper is to generate high-resolution, monthly estimates of the malaria incidence rate for Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax malaria in Sudan between 2017 to 2019.
