SUMMARY

    Tracking HSC contribution to these latter lineages was later made possible by the development and implementation of transgenic mouse strains in which HSCs and their progeny ubiquitously express a fluorescent protein (Sanjuan-Pla et_al, 2013; Yamamoto et_al, 2013). Single-cell transplantation data have also revealed that individual HSC clones can contribute to hematopoiesis for different time periods . . .
