  • What: This study investigates the relationship between perceived stress and coping strategies in young adults with a specific focus on how individual characteristics such as personality traits and previous experiences impact the effectiveness of these coping strategies. The aim of this research was to deepen the understanding of the factors that influence how people cope with stress and how personal traits shape their coping responses. Transactional Model of Stress and Coping - Developed by Lazarus and Folkman in the 1980s, this model focuses on cognitive appraisal in response to stress.
