- who: Yeon Sik Choi from the In vivo biocompatibility studiesFemale CD1(, weeks old) mice were purchased from Charles River Laboratories. All procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Northwestern University (protocol IS00005877). The mice were anesthetized with isoflurane gas (~2%), HDPE and samples of b-DCPU were implanted subcutaneously through dorsal incision.
