- What: The project responds to an urgent need to understand factors influencing the pattern of uptake of professional education by OOF teachers, including school priorities for OOF teacher learning, how policy contributes to the culture surrounding professional education, the roles of stakeholders in the provision and discourses around professional education, and system motivations that increase the attractiveness of professional education designed to develop in-field teaching capability.
