    The authors decided to use this same set of experiments, i.e., native PAGE and SEC-SAXS analyses, on all three isoforms to infer the role of the N-termini in the quaternary_structure as well as their effect on cellular localization and on the metabolic imbalance. Meanwhile, MmPDE5A2 displayed a unique and compact quaternary_structure (D3). To further characterize the quaternary_structure of the three MmPDE5 isoforms, the authors analyzed them at the SOLEIL synchrotron facility (St Aubin, France) through small-angle X-ray scattering coupled with size exclusion chromatography (SE-HPLC-SAXS) with the SWING . . .
