Structure and permeability of porous silicon investigated by self-diffusion nmr measurements of ethanol and heptane

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: Puibasset J. et al. from the OrlĂ©ans , France have published the Article: Structure and Permeability of Porous Silicon Investigated by Self-Diffusion NMR Measurements of Ethanol and Heptane, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
  • what: The PoSi samples used in this work have been obtained by electrochemical etching of monocrystalline -oriented, highly p-doped Si wafers. The aim of this work is to propose a preliminary study of the permeation and diffusion properties of ethanol and n-heptane confined in PoSi. The experiment shows that there is no measurable oxidation under the cap.
