    Some teachers lacked digital skills, which affected the preparation and conduct of online classes. Some universities have been able to quickly adopt online learning, thanks to the availability of part-time education and the necessary electronic tools, which has allowed students to quickly engage in the learning process. An analysis of the opinions of students and teachers, as key subjects of the educational process, allows the authors to identify the main gaps and negative trends in the rapid transition to online classes.
