- what: Our case report indicates that subacute pain after abdominal surgery may originate from myofascial pain in some patients, and myofascial pain might be diagnosed objectively by B-mode ultrasound and treated with USG TPI.
- future: Research is required to evaluate the efficacy of USG TPIs in patients with postoperative abdominal wall pain.
