SUMMARY
An observed to expected (o/e) lung-to-head ratio (LHR) and amp;lt;25%, liver herniation >20%, or o/e total fetal lung volume and amp;lt;25% are predictors of increased mortality and higher likelihood of requiring ECLS in CDH patients. Only 2 of these 14 survivors underwent ECLS and it is unclear if these patients were repaired during ECLS . . .
