  • what: The authors present results showing the pressure dependence of the superconducting transition temperature and develop a superconductivity model appropriate for electron-doped SrTiO3 and related materials. Analyses suggest that for the model described here it is sufficient to consider the highest longitudinal optical (LO) polar mode, ΩLO, which is ~100 meV in the starting undoped state and weakly q dependent, and the lowest transverse optical (TO) polar . . .
