    With regard to jurisdictional claims in Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a lethal cancer with a high prevalence, accounting for nearly 2% of new cancer cases and deaths worldwide. The authors classified 528 ccRCC specimens into two inflammation clusters using consensus clustering analysis. The risk score was calculated through the following formula: coefficient gene (a) × gene_expression (a) + coefficient gene (b) × gene_expression (b) +... + coefficient gene (n) × gene_expression (n). Higher infiltration levels of plasma cells, CD8 T_cells, activated CD4 memory T_cells, follicular helper T_cells, regulatory T_cells (Tregs), M0 macrophages, and neutrophils were observed in the C2 . . .
