    In renal cell carcinoma, TAMs are associated with tumor invasion, poor prognosis, angiogenesis, and immune escape (Kovaleva et_al, 2016; Fu et_al, 2019); therefore, MDGs as regulators of macrophage differentiation are probably used as biomarkers of ccRCC and potential prognostic indicators of malignant tumors.
