- who: Legal Studies and collaborators from the University of Glasgow, Glasgow, UK have published the research work: Taking market crime seriously, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
- future: In doing so I will address two points first how my analysis can help the authors to understand recent developments in the criminalisation of market misconduct and secondly to look more generally at how a focus on the market gives a clearer analytical focus to thinking about issues of criminalisation.
