SUMMARY
This presents a reckoning of the predated, yet commonly used diagnosis of AD based on the NINCDS-ADRDA criteria to incorporate earlier onset AD symptoms without being limited to ruling-in dementia during the first step approach (McKhann et_al, 1984; Dubois et_al, 2007; Sutphen et_al, 2014; Cece and Shifu, 2015). A culmination of neuroimaging and genomic evidence suggests significant neurobiological differences distinguish BPSD patients from those that do not exhibit psychiatric symptoms (Klimek et_al, 1997; Ordway et_al, 1997, 2003; McCulley et_al, 2004; Szot et_al, 2006; Borroni et_al, 2009; Grunblatt et_al, 2009; Combarros et_al, 2010 . . .
