Teledermoscopy in the diagnosis of melanocytic and non-melanocytic skin lesions: nurugotm derma smartphone microscope as a possible new tool in daily clinical practice

Since 1995, when it was applied for the first time, teledermatology (TD) has been gradually applied in almost all dermatology sub-specialties and, in the last few years, has also been proposed in the dermatological research context. The CNN was tested on three different test sets: (i) ISIC images, (ii) images acquired with the NurugoTM, and_(iii) images acquired with a conventional dermatoscope. Based on these preliminary results, herein the authors report a novel TDS study, intending to verify whether the NurugoTM Derma can be useful to evaluate lesions through TD, in two-way . . .
