Test of the mechanical and acoustic parameters of the electric guitar body

HIGHLIGHTS

• What: The aim of the work is to perform a mechanical and acoustic analysis of electric guitar bodies, in terms of assessing hardness, microhardness, and elastic moduli, as well as the amplitude and frequency of the vibrations generated. The impulse was generated using a device that forces string vibrations, specially constructed for the purpose of this research.
