  • how: The same results were obtained using another model of depression (mice were subjected to restraint stress for two weeks) chronic restraint stress resulted in increased brain levels of Th17-cells . The same results were obtained by Davami et_al who showed increased serum level of IL-17 in MDD patients compared with healthy subjects .
