- what: The authors extracted K. elegans crude polysaccharide (KEP) using a pulsed electric field-assisted hot water method, studied the physicochemical properties, in_vitro activity and hypoglycemic effect of KEP. In this study, the content of C-peptide (C-P) was determined to explore the insulin level of mice in each group after 6 weeks of gavage.
