SUMMARY

    Dysfunctional T_cells have increased numbers of co-inhibitory receptors, such as CTLA-4 and PD-1, on their surfaces. In mouse cells (Fig 2B), CD112R transcripts are highly expressed on NK cells and NKT_cells but are barely detectable in CD4+ T_cells, CD8+ T_cells. Unlike human T lymphocyte cells, activated mouse CD4+ T_cells did not increase CD112R expression, while activated mouse CD8+ T_cells did. Likewise, CD112R expression occurred in T_cells . . .
