• what: In this study a porcine lung inflation chamber is presented together with data of lung and PMMA microsphere dark-field signal over a wide range of the autocorrelation length. Given the potential of DF as a new clinical imaging modality, the authors hope that the framework the authors propose will help designing future clinical DF radiography systems.
