The development and validation of self-concept scale for pakistani university students

HIGHLIGHTS

• What: In this research an indigenous scale was developed to explore the of university students in Pakistani culture. The aim of this study was to develop a culturally relevant and psychometrically robust scale for assessing self-concept, focusing on differences between Western and Pakistani cultural contexts. The main limitation of this study is that data was collected only from a few universities in Punjab, Pakistan due to lack of resources and funding.
